I'm Ranjeet, a Software Development Engineer based in Pune with 1+ years of experience building modern web applications. I've worked across product teams to design, build, and ship scalable frontend experiences—from early-stage ideas to production systems.
How I work
I enjoy solving problems where engineering and product meet. Whether it's improving performance, simplifying complex user flows, or designing reusable frontend architecture, I care about building software that creates value for both users and developers.
I prefer small, collaborative teams where ideas move quickly and ownership is shared. I'm comfortable taking a feature from discovery to deployment, partnering closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers throughout the process.
Outside of client work, I enjoy exploring new technologies, refining my development workflow, and building personal projects that help me experiment with better ways to design and engineer software.
